Good morning,

I was confronted with a problem that forced me to update Winows 11

I no longer know how to have the search bar (example: the command prompt) and I no longer know how to take a screenshot

Would you mind elaborate more on what problem caused you upgrade to Windows 11?
If you click on start, you will be able to search.
Screenshot is the same way as Windows 10, you will need to open Snip & Sketch tool.
I no longer have the search menu and when I take a screenshot on the application in new fesans, it does not take it

When I bidout a can I no longer have access to the notification and the volume

And to do the default settings, I have a blue screen with an error
Try boot into Safe Mode and see if the problem persists?
Have a look at:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644...
In case you have no access to start or settings, you may try from lock screen.
I don't know how to go to safe mode
I do two or three updates and I no longer have the search menu, I no longer know how to take screenshots, I have to redo the computer from scratch and everything comes back I also have a problem with my taskbar, I always have the geolocation, before it disappeared
