Windows 11 revised (updated) photo app in late 2022

I purchased a new computer with window 11 in January of this year. The photo app does not include red eye removal, spot removal or the clarity control option.

I know that the insider group has been working on a revision for windows 11, that started in Sept. and  Oct. of this year. 

I have two questions:

1. Does the new photo update include the above items?

2. When will the update be released to the public?
