Windows 11 Produces a stack system error

My Windows 11 crashed I’m a part of the windows insider program. I downloaded a new theme From windows store From the theme section under settings the system partially download it and then crash. i’ll try to go into safe mode and reverse download is the error message.

Are you able to boot into Windows in normal mode?
Are you able to open the Feedback Hub app?
Are you using Beta or Dev channel?

It might be related to issues 22000.176 is having with some bugs:  https://www.zdnet.com/google-amp/article/windows-11-preview-glitch-hits-start-menu-and-taskbar/

Although Dev build 22449.1000 is also reporting some of the same bug issues found in 22000.176.
