Having just updated to the subject version of windows, I have just run SiSoft Sandra Lite. It opens but when I select a module, I have the feared Blue (Green) Screen of Death with "Stop Code: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION" and "What failed: Sandra.sys".
When I booted into Safe Mode and ran the same programme, all worked fine however that is not ideal as it doesn't display all of the results I require as a lot of the services and drivers are precluded in safe mode.
When I contacted Microsoft Support, they directed me to do a clean install of Windows, however this action is quite drastic as it may be an issue with the latest Window 11 Insider Preview version which needs rectifying.
Would be good to know if anyone else is having the same issue with SiSoft Sandra or indeed any other software where the .sys file is causing a crash.

@Alabamatom1963 Thank you for the quick response. My apologies, I should have said that I checked I had the latest version.
I uninstalled, cleared any leftover registry entries and reinstalled from the Sisoft website using the sisoft download link (not a mirror).
I had also run the health check suggested above in Command prompt (Admin privileges).
