Windows 11 insider green screen of death

Copper Contributor

Hi,

I'm experiencing some issues on my laptop, currently running build 22624.1391 ni_release.

While using autocad, my nvidia mx250 2gb runs into a problem. it says the issue is within the insider version.

i've already tried updating drivers, erasing them and clean reinstalling but nothing. it doesn't crash while using the integrated intel graphics.

Now i have some questions:

- i unenrolled from insider program: how many time do i have to wait until the next major update?

- i'm currently on 22h2. do i have to wait until 23h2? or the "moment 2" of 22h2 will solve my problem?

- if it's so, will it show automatically on windows update after i unenrolled?

- do you suggest to reinstall windows or clean install?

thank you all for the answer.

Hi, when did you stop the Insider - is it decisive?

"Off-ramp for Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel: Insiders in the Beta Channel who chose the option to unenroll their device under “Stop getting preview builds” under Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program and are currently on Build 22621.1325 or 22623.1325 will NOT receive this update. These Insiders are part of the off-ramp out of the Beta Channel running until March 15th, 2023 as described here in this blog post."
