Windows 11 bug
Hi I have the latest version of 11, as far as I know, but the emoji panel and the touch keyboard are still not working, snipping tool is. Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2 Installed on 19/11/...
Try installing KB5007262, as it updated several aspects of Windows emoji and fixed some issues:
