Another bug/issue I have found with Windows 11 is that there is a significant decrease in performance when using the YouTube website. images take way longer to load for the videos on that site since installing Windows 11. This does not seem to affect other sites , just YouTube. But the slow down is noticeable and significant.
Yep, 4K YouTube videos buffer so much it's unbearable. Even 1080p has bad buffering. On another thread I found wireless is better than ethernet, so I tried and yes it is. Not perfect, but 1080p is perfect and 1440p is reasonable.
