My windows 10 keeps crashing the last couple of days every 20 minutes or so..

Hello,

Suggest you to run System File Checker scan:

1. Search for 'command prompt' using Cortana or Windows Search.

2. From results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.

3. Type sfc /scannow command and press Enter key.

4. Let the command complete and then reboot the machine.

If issue still persists, perform clean boot:

@Kapil Arya Thank you Kapil for your help, with what you said to do with the sfc /scannow command it found some corrupt files and fixed them, and the crashing seems to have stopped today.  Much appreciated.

There was an update this morning and this afternoon it crashed again. So restored desktop to an earlier date and may have to reset if the crashes continue. Thank you anyway for trying to help.
