Window Insider Program causing issues in file explorer, chrome and apps like VLC, IDM etc.

Since I installed the Windows Insider Program a week ago, my windows has been malfunctioning. File explorer is causing issues like reloading of same folder again and again, text is missing from different places and while saving or opening a file, the SAVE/OPEN Window is also missing text, menus and options.

Moreover, Chrome has slowed down and applications like VLC, IDM and 4KVideo Downloader are also having issues or missing text, menus and options.

I only downloaded the insider version for dark theme and it is causing various issues which is making it harder to use my laptop.
