We couldn't complete the updates, undoing changes

Both these updates aren't installing:

2023-11 Cumulative update for .Net Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5032339)

2023-12 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based System (KB5033372)

Please advise what I should do.

I have had this same exact issue with both these updates.

I was able to get the .NET Framework update installed by manually downloading those specific versions through the Microsoft website after first disabling them in control panel.

However, the cumulative update (KB5033372) I have no idea how to get it to install properly. I tried the same method of downloading it manually from the Microsoft Update catalogue but to no avail.

I have tried EVERY OTHER POSSIBLE METHOD other than reseting windows entirely. I have tried sfc scannow with DISM which has not worked. I have attempted to clear out the update cache, reregistering certain .dll's related to windows update. None of these solutions have worked.

Are you able to install other updates?
Open the Command prompt as administrator and type the following command:

    sfc /scannow

Press enter and let it runs and see what the result is?
