Useless File Explorer Toolbar Showing up

Hey everybody!

Hope you all are having a great day. I've been facing an issue with the file explorer window where a toolbar appears for no reason, even though the modern UI toolbar is already present.

Does anybody know the solution to this issue? I'll be very grateful if you do!

Try this. Go to Folder Options and uncheck "Always show menus". See if it helps.

This works, but reset's itself after reboot, to showing the menu's again. Any Idea?
