Unable to Open "Personalize" or "Display" Option After Right-Click on Desktop
Windows 11 (Version 21H2)
Hello everyone, I need assistance with a recent issue I've encountered. Every time I try to right-click on the desktop and open either "Display" or "Personalize," a Windows Script Host error message pops up (refer to the screenshot attached). I'm unsure how to resolve this problem. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or guidance. Thank you.

- 1.Restart Windows Explorer
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
Scroll down to find "Windows Explorer," select it, and then click on "Restart" in the bottom right corner. This will refresh the desktop environment.
2. Check for Windows Updates
Press Windows + I to open Settings.
Navigate to Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your computer.
3. Run System File Checker
Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
Type cmd and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as an administrator.
In the Command Prompt window, type sfc /scannow and press Enter. The System File Checker will scan and repair any corrupted system files.
