Attempted to install 0n 4/09/19 w/other Security Updates for Windows and Office 2016 Pro - was abel to install the latter updates; however, when the KB update attempted I was stuck on a black screen for approx. 1 hour w/no end in sight. I eventually had to recycle computer so I could boot into Safe Mode with Networking so I could uninstall updates. On 4/10/19 I attempted to update unit again and I received updates for Office 2016 and Windows Defender but did not receive the update for KB4495666. I am still running 18362.30. Will I ever be able to get this update again?
