Unable to download Windows 11 ISO file

I have a problem downloading Windows 11 as an ISO file and I asked support for help and they referred me here
Error code : 715-123130 and a801c803-669b-4dc7-a1ff-734918edb804

If you're unable to download the Windows 11 ISO, try switching to a different browser or an Incognito window — browser extensions can sometimes block downloads. Make sure you’re signed in with your Microsoft account and not using a VPN or proxy. If that doesn’t help, try the Media Creation Tool as an alternative.

Ive managed to download an ISO file trought downloading Media Creation Tool.
Create Windows 11 Installation Media
Click 'Download', open app and select ISO.

That error code is usually associated with IP-location and network you're using to access Microsoft servers to download the file. - You can download Windows 11 ISO file from here:
