The website isn't allowing me to download the Windows 11 on ARM Insider Build
The website isn't allowing me to download the Windows 11 on ARM Insider Build. It's not giving me an error code, rather a "Message Code". It's 715-123130. It's also saying a "Transaction Code". That's 20914083-82ff-4d86-b41a-0aec356d1a12. Does anybody here know what this is and how I can download the build?
