Taskbar is missing in Windows 11 Insider Preview
The taskbar is missing after installing an update from yesterday (04/28/2023). There's a similar taskbar-looking item on the bottom right side of the screen that looks like a taskbar but I cannot move or open it. Nothing happens when I press my Windows key.

I had the same problem too on the build 23516.1000 3/08/2023
just uninstall the latest quality update from Windows Recovery options and you will then you will automatically revert back to Build 23511 which is more stable, though it has some problems with the Windows explorer.
- I have the same problem too. Just installed win11 on a new pc. No taskbar, Windows key does nothing. HOw stupid is this
