I joined the insider program to help ARM64 development. However, my Surface Pro X is not stuck on updates for weeks and the Windows Build has expired (9/15/2022). Due to the expiration, Troubleshoot is blocked. Services.msc is blocked. Windows Updates stuck on Windows 11 Insider Previews 25201.1000. To make matters even worse, the Security Intelligence Update prompts the error of the date and time information and fails to be updated. Then, I tried to reset my Pro X, and Windows reset also failed. Contacted Microsoft Support, and the rep told me this is beyond their support limits.
I love my Pro X. This is one of Microsoft's most essential products, as it holds the promise of tablets for future digital practice when paired with a cloud DaaS. Please help! TIA.
