Hi , i just have the problem that sound from my TV dosent work anymore , i have 2 screens , no speackers , soo i used TV for 2nd display and sound. Started to go on and off , and after i checked for updates , i instaled a sound driver and after that , TV in sound settings was disabled and unpluged , but as 2nd display works, but no sound . I had a ticket earlier with another department from microsoft but they didnt managed to fix the problem. soo they redirected me here.
