*Some settings are managed by your organization
Since I’ve been updated to insider Version 10.0.16299 Build 16299, and I’m receiving error "*Some settings are managed by your organization" in windows update windows, and in insider preview window, this is my personal laptop, I’ve rollback about 3 times to the old build, but I’m getting the same error once the setup completed, after I reboot, the insider program become disabled, and I’m not able to reactivated, please advise.

If your laptop has joined domain, please check with your administrator to see if Insider Builds has been disabled by http://mywindowshub.com/how-to-toggle-user-control-over-insider-builds-in-windows-10/.
If you're sure it's laptop you own, use "regedit.exe" to find "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\PreviewBuilds" key and delete it. Then reboot.
