Hello,
I have encountered a persistent issue with my new Chinese laptop featuring an Intel i7-1280P processor, 16GB DDR4 RAM in single channel, and a 1TB SSD. Upon waking the laptop from sleep mode, the screen freezes, and at times, even exhibits glitches (refer to video: VID_20240105_005729393~2.mp4). The only temporary solution is to force a shutdown.
- Despite examining the Event Viewer logs, the only critical error reported is that "the system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first."
- A memtest was conducted, but no RAM issues were detected.
- A complete reinstallation of Windows 11 was performed, but the problem persisted.
I am open to repeating any troubleshooting steps suggested. As this is my initial post, please advise on additional information that may be required.
