"Windows Insider Build ran into a problem", but im not enrolled!

Hi, I've recently started getting this message occasionally on shutting down the computer. Not sure why. I'm not enrolled on an Insider programme. I did install one of these Previews offered in Windo...

Deleted. I'm not sure what you mean by "it's not bad, it's your problem"

I've not upgraded to Win 11 - it came preinstalled on the computer.
Also, I'm NOT enrolled on an Insider programme

    This is the excerpt you shared - the seller has upgraded to the Insider version - this is how it happens sometimes.

      I'm running Win 11 Pro and always have been and had no problems for 10 months  till now

       

      Edition Windows 11 Pro
      Version 22H2
      Installed on ‎27/‎01/‎2023
      OS build 22621.2861
      Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0

       

      There's clearly something wrong with the Troubleshooter - it claims to have sorted a problem, then finds the same "problem" every time I run it

        So downloading the update assistant from the official site is a good idea = it will prepare the components for the installation of 23H2 Windows11 and you should be fine. 

        But before that, restart your computer.
