I am running Windows 10 .1 version 1803 build 17:6 77.1 I have a notice to change product key or upgrade my desktop (AMD processor) that has been working fine until recently when motherboard failed and I installed a new one. I now get the notification to register or upgrade I tried calling Windows help and they said my key was for Windows 8.1 and they could not authorize upgrading to Windows 10 again System was originally Windows 8.1 upgraded to Windows 10. The system was/is is running properly with insider preview is there any way to renew the registration of Windows 10 home on this machine? Will i keep running on insider Program until desktop machine is replaced? Bill
