Opting Out
Due to issues with updating the latest build, even with immense assistance from Insiders, I am looking at Opting out of the Windows Insider Program. My question is will I still get security updates...

Yes of course. but depending on the exact build you were using as an insider, you might need to clean install your Windows 10 before you receive proper updates:
