Since upgrading to Windows 11 my Office key is no longer recognised and the program is stating it is unlicensed - I've tried to activate the software again but it keeps saying there has been an error even though the key is valid.
Is this due to it being registered to windows 10 still, and if so how do I resolve this?
same to me, tried to contact support team, allowed them on remote and after spending several hours, they said that my key has reached its limit of activation. was not sure, installed windows 10 and reactivated with no any problem.
