My computer is all **bleep**ed up!! So many issues.

What error is being displayed?
Do you have access to the Windows installation media?
Are you able to open Command prompt?
Are you seeing Windows Recovery Environment?

No access to installation media at the moment. Didn't create one. Set it aside saying I would do it and didn't. I get no gui or command prompt. Not seeing anything for the recovery environment. The error code I get is

- It mentioned press F1 to enter Recovery Environment, what if you press F1, does it open the Windows Recovery Environment?
- No.
Also, I got a windows 11 installation media. I put it in amd it wants to do a setup. I haven't run into this problem before so you may need to baby step me a little.- I decided to go past the first page of install and it got me to at least the command prompt. I was too scared to try going into windows itself.
- Good news and bad news. Got a windows installation media. Bad news, it has Windows 10 and not 11 so it just wants to do an install of Windows 11.
