Message Code 715-123130

Hi everyone and especially Microsoft representatives.


For over a year now I'm getting the dreaded Message Code 715-123130 when trying to download Insider ISOs and VHDXs.

 

No support representative I've talked to even acknowledges they handle the issue - general support says it's "developer support", developer support say they only deal with the "partner center" and each of them send me to the other.

 

The problem persists with my account on any computer, any browser, any IP, and Internet connection, etc. (so please no "clear cookies" suggestions), but works on those same machines and browsers when using a different account.

 

Can someone at Microsoft fix this?
