Issues regarding windows 11

Dear Team 

I am having issues installing Windows 11 insider preveiw. I dont know why it is stuck on 6% and i also meet the basic requirments for windows  11

I would add that this behavior is normal!
The update service cannot deliver the required files and stops the download! Restarting your computer helps.

I am trying to install it from past 4 days i have re started my pc 15 times

then please check the incompatible software if you have outside Windows on drive C installed additional programs?
