Tried this update many times with no success. Tried many fixes as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These are the ones I did recently.
Fix 1. Run Update Troubleshooter
Fix 2. Make Sure that BITS is Running
Fix 3. Run SFC and DISM
Fix 4. Reset Update Components
