inbuilt camera issue

Laptop inbuilt camera isn't working after windows update

I rolled back to previous Windows version by uninstalling the latest update and pause the new updates but it didn't resolve the camera issue. In Device Manager, there are two cameras options: 1) HD User Facing 2) USB Video Device ( it's greyed out) I uninstalled the both and resart the system but camera issue still persist as before.

Thanks for sharing, wondering what is the "USB Video Device"?

Is this a external camera?

What is the model of the laptop?

    I'm using Predator Helios 300 laptop and it's an inbuilt camera. It's Microsoft's windows camera since Acer (the manufacturer) isn't provinding camera driver for the laptop. Deleted
