i cant exit from windows 11 insider preview

i got screen to update my windows i didnt know what it was about i though it was again some small windows update so i installed it after update my programs started lagging i got not activated windows on right corner some programs started crashing in middled of something i tried exit in settings but it told me that something wrong with my email
