I can't access the Windows Insider program

I have tried to access the Windows Insider program, I have tried all the methods, I registered and everything, I have windows in order and everything is correct, the problem is when I want to be part of the program. In the image you can see that I did not have linked accounts but in reality I have 2 and I can not do it. Any solution?

And have you tried to perform a clean installation of Windows that will remove everything! Then again you will have to configure the Insider Program on this computer - there will probably be no problem of two accounts.

Of course, you will lose all your personal files, so keep that in mind
