help

after an updation of the windows 11 ,my pc wasn't connecting to the wifi router so i tried the go back to previous build option in the settings. after getting back to this previous build , now the settings and command prompt are not working anymore. when i try to open it it just opens and flashes after that it gets closed automatically

    Please check if Windows activation is linked to your Microsoft account

    then restart the computer.
