Formula Bar is missing under Advanced option.
The Formula Bar option do not appear on Advanced option under Display options for this worksheet.
It happened that on safe mode, the option is visible. How to fix this issue?

- Do you have sufficient permissions to the Excel worksheet or workbook? Sometimes security restrictions may block access to certain features.
Make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft Excel installed. Sometimes options display problems can be fixed with software updates.
Some add-ons and plugins may cause conflicts and problems with displaying options in Excel. Try temporarily disabling all add-ons
