First i would prefer you to do a restart.
After that please check up the Windows Updates, if you still have the Problem.

But last one i would do is to it with Powershell. Just start it as an Admin and run it:
Get-appxpackage -all *shellexperience* -packagetype bundle |% {add-appxpackage -register -disabledevelopmentmode ($_.installlocation + “\appxmetadata\appxbundlemanifest.xml”)}
I hope you will get your file Explorer back.

Podía ejecutar aplicaciones desde el menú de inicio, pero hacer clic derecho en cualquiera de ellas no funcionó; No pude adjuntar documentos en la web, ya que el explorador se cerraría dos segundos después con el mensaje en el que estamos trabajando. No pude resolver de ninguna manera en la versión canaria interna 25346.1001, por lo que mi solución fue volver a una instalación nueva y luego actualizar a una versión más estable.
