error 0x800f0950 when trying to install .NET frame work 3.5 from Windows update on Windows 10 build 19042.330 Slow/Beta ring
I tried it both from PowerShell and Control panel, they both produce the same result and give the same error.
the only way I could install it is using an offline package.
This happens on a fresh clean Windows 10 installation.
