Cumulative Update stuck downloading at 8%.

Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.26120.1542) (KB5041872) stuck downloading at 8%. Ran troubleshooter but didn't fix. CPU at 100%.  Had to kill installer module in task manager.  Is there a download link to install manually? Is there another fix?

    Dealing with Windows Update issues, especially with cumulative updates for Windows 11 Insider Preview, can be quite frustrating. When the download gets stuck and your CPU is maxing out, it typically indicates some underlying problems.
