Cortana 2 Missing

Hello im currently using Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Build  18941 rs prerealease and i didnt got t the new cortan. Help me

previously if i wanted to launch the new Cortana, i would type "ms-cortana2:" into the RUN. try it, if it works then pin it to the taskbar for easier launch.

remember it only works in Insider fast ring. 

in insider slow ring or release ring the cortana beta app just shows this message: "Hi, Thanks for taking an interest!"
