Can't download Windows 11 ISO

Every time I try to download the ISO, I get issues saying this: 

 

We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit Microsoft support contact us for assistance. Refer to Message Code 715-123130 and Transaction ID 878a9b54-689a-45c2-9937-c4ab4d777634.

 

I am in the Windows Insider Program. I waited more than 24 hours and it still doesn't work. Please help me.

    Try using Microsoft Edge Browser. Sadly I got the same error message using Firefox, but it magically worked using Edge Browser. Hmm...
