chak009, it is not possible to downgrade to Windows 10 Home, from any other Windows 10 edition you've currently installed. You've to make clean install of Windows 10 Home using Windows 10 ISO. If you want to restore Windows 10 Home Preview build, you'll need to use Windows 10 Preview build ISO for that.

You need to download Windows 10 from here
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
use the media creation tool to make a bootable USB flash disk and then clean install Windows 10 from there.

if you recently switched from Windows 10 home stable to insider build, you might be able to switch back from Windows settings.
open settings => update and security => recovery => go back to the previous version of Windows 10

if the option is unavailable, then use the first method I mentioned above.
