Beta 10.0.22621.290 Install Error 0x80070001

So...I've been trying to update this computer for two days straight, and I've tried literally every troubleshooting step that I can think of. Every time I try to download the latest build, it pops the error code 0x80070001 and asks to retry. Some of the troubleshooting steps include stopping and starting services, renaming files, even booting from an ISO. No dice on anything from there. Anything that I can do to solve this problem?
