I've done almost every solution on the internet... nothing worked for me... it kept popping you can't open this app something like that....
I also found out my Xbox Game Bar also having the same issue...
the only solution is to go back to the last version.... but it asked me to update again...
I've tried the Powershell solution, Dism, repair and reset, nothing worked....
