Add the collage feature in Photo App

Hi Friends,

Please kindly upvote this feedback https://aka.ms/AAazo9g as this is really a desirable feature for windows customers:

"It seems the auto-collage feature was there in the old Windows Photo Gallery 2012. It will be fine if the current Photos App in windows 10 can also have that feature to stick together pieces of paper or photographs to form an artistic image"
