I'm currently on the second latest Dev build. One day my taskbar decided to randomly disappear and my windows key wouldn't open start. My desktop background wouldn't even show along with the applications and I had to go into task manager and restart explorer as a temporary fix to access those files and open settings.
I'm trying to install the latest build- 25300, but it won't install. One person found using the ISO would help, so I did that but got the exact message above.
I'm on a windows 11 build.
