In addition to the questions posted on this page, we also answer questions posted in reply to the event on LinkedIn and X (Twitter) -- as well as open questions in the Windows 365 community. Here are the questions we answered today:
From X -- What is the best and most efficient way to run a report for the last login or connection time stamp for Windows 365 Cloud PC users? - answered at 13:40
From LinkedIn -- We use Windows 365 Frontline. Does the utilization report also work for shared PCs (device level) or it by user? Once I see the info, how do I then set alerts to make sure we don't exceed our max? - answered at 17:20
Question -- Any Cloud PC recommendations? - answered at 22:10
From X -- How can we monitor compliance for Cloud PCs that may have been offline for a bit and need to be updated/synced? - answered at 23:00
Question -- Excited about AVD for Azure Stack HCI. If we use HCI for a set of AVD host pools, but not for others, is there a report that allows me to easily see my ratio of HCI to regular host pools at a glance? - answered at 29:40
Question -- So, how about Copilot? Can I use that to pull insights on my Cloud PCs? What kind of data? - answered at 30:55
Question -- We're just trying out W365. One of my users called in this morning and said they can't access their Cloud PC. Where do I go to start triaging the problem? - answered at 39:15
From LinkedIn -- Let's talk about maintenance windows. Where do I schedule and monitor those? - answered at 45:15
From Tech community -- Looking to implement Media Optimization for the New teams on AVD, how do you verify this is working? I've installed the latest version of Teams, RTC, but I don't know where to look for confirmation that it's working. - answered at 46:50
Question -- Is the vision to increase reporting for W365 and rely less on Graph?- answered at 48:45

Welcome to today’s AMA: Windows in the Cloud. Let's get started! Post your questions in the Comments. We will be answering questions in the live stream.
- VigneshwaranMVPCopper ContributorSince nested virtualisation is supported in w365, our Linux users are fine with using WSL/Dockers but some wish to use the GUI Ubuntu and so we are testing out creating a Ubuntu hyper-V VM. Any recommendations to use the hyper-v, like the cloud pc specifications, limitations etc..
