Windows 11 Enterprise periodic activation check without Internet connection

Hi all, i need to install W11 Enterprise on a Workstation, but the final destination is an office without internet connection.

Due to the software selling conditions ( only with a CSP subscription ) after the 1st installation in a internet access condition, does the PC needs a permanent internet connection to verify the subscription? Is there any way to legally license the PC without internet connection needs during the subscription duration?

    It needs to be connected to Internet once every 30 days.
