iSCSI Target Win 10 for Diskless iSCSI remote boot

Hello,

How do I install windows 10 on a iSCSI target Iwin server 2019) on a vhdx , so I can point the initiator to it, so it'll boot from it as a master image.

Without using 3rd party tools. 

I am unable to find good documentation on how to do it.
