    Have you configured the Active Directory on the server?

    Try sign out from your account and sign-in.

    Check event viewer and see if you see any other valuable log files?

    Just for test create another Administrator user and login and see if it works?

     

    Try find a Windows 10 device and open the Feedback Hub app and select the Windows Server and submit a bug report and include all relevant log files from the Windows Server and also the PDF you just shared.
