We are excited that you are embarking on this enablement journey, bringing the power of Viva Glint people science to positively impact the employee experience for your clients.
Purpose
Once all enablement courses are complete, you will be equipped to help customers realize the value of their Glint partnership.
Objectives
- Gain introductory knowledge of Glint’s People Science methodology, a platform introduction, and typical customer journey to advise customer throughout the partnership.
- Develop proficiency in implementation steps and program design best practices to guide a customer through their initial platform configuration and program design.
- Develop proficiency in steps to guide a customer through survey setup, launch, and results rollout, including a foundational understanding of Glint reports.
- Develop deeper understanding of technical steps of Viva Glint setup and customer support.
Structure of the Program
The program is comprised of three parts:
- e-Learning Path - This self-paced learning content includes: 1. An Introduction to Viva Glint, 2. Apply Viva Glint's modern approach to engagement for better results and 3. Design and setup your Viva Glint program. This e-learning is an essential component of the enablement process and is the first step to getting you ready to work with a customer. In the e-learning, click on links to read deeper into each topic ensuring you're familiar with all areas of designing and setting up a Viva Glint program. Time commitment: ~6 hours
- Videos - To further support your development, you will have access to videos of our Ask the Experts series. We have also provided you with links to reading materials which further expand on the e-Learning content and will help you to embed your learning. Time commitment: ~2 hours
