The Vision and Strategy (V&S) session(s), along with any other details and materials provided by customer stakeholders, serve as the primary input into program strategy decisions and the design of the customer’s various survey instruments. Additionally, the V&S meeting helps you to understand what is top of mind for stakeholders in the organization and what kinds of insights they may be most interested in post-survey. These early discussions allow you to tell truly powerful stories during the Executive Consultation (EC) and focus on content that resonates most with your audience.
During a V&S session, you will also begin to understand what the ideal future-state looks like for how your client's organization collects and acts on employee feedback. This vision for the future helps you, and the stakeholders, understand ways in which the program may need to change or evolve to achieve the desired outcome.
