Our layout in Viva Engage is different from Microsoft screenshots

That Microsoft Screenshot is abit older and the GUI has been updated! so everything is on the left and more modern looking!
See the M365 Admin Center Message Center post: MC732105. This discusses the change to bring the web experience to be the same as the in-app experiences in Teams/Outlook.
